Lifestyle | Weight-Loss Motivation

Hello, 

I saw something similar to this floating around on Instagram and I thought I'd have a go at making my own version. I'm not following a particular diet plan but I am training for a 10k run so I am trying to run 3 times a week and am making sure I am getting my 5 a day and drinking lots of water. 

If you'd like to make one all you need is:

- 2 Jars

- Labels

- x number of beads 

I bought my jars and beads from 'Tiger' and the labels are from 'Ikea'.

The idea is to fill one jar with beads. The beads represent the amount of weight you'd like to lose. I'd like to lose 40lbs so I bought 40 little gold butterfly beads. Every time you lose a lb you transfer a bead to the lbs lost jar.

DISCLAIMER: I am not advocating dieting or extreme weight loss. I am medically overweight and so need to lose weight for health reasons. I also want to be an actor and the entertainment industry can be very cruel. My weight loss will boost my employability too.

Hello, 

So last week I performed on a West End Stage. 

It was a great opportunity and I had so much fun. 

I decided to take some cheeky back-stage snaps to help capture the special day for everyone. 

Get ready for some cliche mirror snaps. 

For the show I used my new MAC Lipstick and Lipgloss (see previous blog). It lasted the entire show and still looked fresh once I had come off stage. MAC is generally excellent for stage make-up. I'd recommend it as a brand to any performer.

Hello, 

A couple of weeks ago we went to see 'Miss Saigon'.

Now, I am a huge 'Les Mis' fan, and this is by the same duo. 

I have to say I think I enjoyed 'Miss Saigon' even more than 'Les Mis', and I am a serious 'Les Mis' fan. 

If you get an opportunity to go then DO IT!

Anyway, before we went we messed around in my room and took some silly photos.

Hello, 

We're looking after a Guide Dog puppy for 3 months. 

She is called Tessy and is an absolute dream.
We look after her for 3 months; get her used to living in a home, and get her used to going to public places. After the 3 months she is being sent to Norway to begin her Guide Dog training. 

I went home for the Bank Holiday Weekend and took some snaps.
